
Ivy D. Peltz, D.D.S., M.S.Ed., Ph.D.

Dr. Ivy Peltz is both a successful dentist with a private practice in New York City and a respected dental school educator with over 20 years of experience. Through her dual career path, Dr. Peltz has gained a vital understanding of the complexities of employment in the dental community and of how to help new and established dental professionals who wish to further their careers. Dr. Peltz is a Clinical Associate Professor and a Group Practice Director at New York University College of Dentistry. Her focus at the College is helping students to transition from an educational environment to the dental profession. Since graduating dental school, she has earned a master's degree in higher education administration from Baruch College and a Ph.D. in higher education from New York University. Dr. Peltz has presented workshops, seminars, symposia and research posters at annual meetings of the Academy of Dental Materials, The International and American Associations for Dental Research and the American Dental Education Association. She has been an invited speaker at the annual meeting of the Association for Dental Education in Europe. Her many accomplishments also include achieving fellowship in the American College of Dentists and the Pierre Fauchard Academy, and mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry.
Eric S. Studley, D.D.S.
Co-Founder
Dr. Eric Studley has had a long, diverse career in the dental profession, and assists dental professionals with the challenges of employment and building successful careers on a daily basis. Dr. Studley owns an insurance firm, which specializes in the planning needs of dental and other healthcare professionals. He adds to his unique understanding of what dentists need to know by mentoring dental students as a Clinical Associate Professor and Group Practice Director at New York University College of Dentistry. Dr. Studley shares his expertise in the areas of ethics, insurance planning, case acceptance, and risk and practice management in his professional speaking engagements. He has consistently been the highest ranked disability producer in the U.S. with the Guardian Life Insurance Company, and was inducted into the Guardian Disability Circle of Excellence, which is the most prestigious honor awarded to a disability income specialist. At New York University College of Dentistry, Dr. Studley also serves as Director of Practice Management, where he develops and delivers a three year curriculum to guide dental students in developing practice management skills. Dr. Studley is a speaker for the American Dental Association's Practice Management Program. He has published articles in many dental journals, and was a contributing author of the textbook, "Dental Practice: Get in the Game".
Kirsten Graham Randolph
Marketing and Operations
Kirsten Randolph has extensive experience in the recruitment field at some of the business world's most influential companies. At Monster, the online staffing giant, she helped develop and execute recruitment campaigns for Fortune 1000 clients. She worked for Yahoo! HotJobs, managing the Sales Support team and led the training initiative for the Yahoo! US Newspaper Consortium, a recruitment partnership with over 600 newspapers around the country. Her career includes a position at Scient, an Internet consultancy, now a part of the Publicis Group, where she optimized the company's recruitment and operational processes. Kirsten brings this rich experience in the world of employment to Doccupations, formulating strategy, and implementing marketing plans for all digital and print work.
Melissa Tullo
Visual Design
Melissa Tullo is a visual designer living in Brooklyn, New York. Over the past 15 years she has supported leading companies like Yahoo!, Monster.com, Time Warner, Lazard as well as dozens of small businesses, working to build their brands through thoughtful and creative design.
She possesses the keen ability to identify, analyze, solve problems and deliver quality work in both print and online mediums. Her experience allows her to anticipate her clients’ needs even when they are unsure of the direction for their visual materials. Melissa has been essential in crafting a refined look and feel for Doccupations to help attract the right talent to our recruiting platform.
When not working, you can find Melissa enjoying life with her husband and their three young children.
Erik Mintz
Writer/Editor
Erik Mintz blends a long career in advertising with years of writing television shows in Los Angeles. His goal, using the experience he's gained in both fields, is to write compelling, conversational advertising in all media. Erik has created ads for global agencies, including Backer Spielvogel Bates and Saatchi & Saatchi. He has also created ads for Wendy's, General Mills, Purina, Hasbro, Tommy Hilfiger, and M&M Mars. In the TV world, he's written for The Nanny, Mad About You, Aaah!!! Real Monsters, and teen shows. He's also written a recent series of radio spots, called the CBS Job Market Reports, sponsored by University of Phoenix, which gives city-by-city updates on the job scene. This experience helps inform him about the challenges of finding work and what Doccupations is doing to help improve the job seeking process.
